Chris Habana takes the lines that thread goth, punk, and tribal iconography and tows them straight to the future. Creating minimal yet dangerous pieces, the jewelry collection is a daring line fit for boys, girls and everyone in between. Since its debut in 2008, the label has grown from its own eponymous label to branch out into another diffusion line, my enemy by Chris Habana, alongside a slew of collaborations and creative direction projects.

The my enemy jewelry collection was launched in 2012 as a way for the designer to branch out into a more aggressive territory. It is the middle finger to all jewelry lines, taking existing classic jewelry themes and turning them on their head. Engagement rings are turned into septum cuffs, and street wise bamboo is shrouded with a healthy dose of goth.

The 42 year old designer spent his life both in the Philippines and United States. After a childhood rooted in religion, fantasy, and sci-fi graphic novels, Chris reveled in 90's club and counter culture, and his worlds became one. This duality is now ingrained in his identity and continues to inform his collections and collaborations throughout.

In recent years, Chris has received several accolades including being named as one of Vogue Talent's 2013 roster of up and coming designers as well as the NewNowNext Fashion Honors Award for accessory design. He has collaborated with numerous design houses as as Hood by Air, Adam Selman, Gypsy Sport and more.
